1. Overview
This notice explains how this version of the IndusAGI Labs website handles information. It covers browsing and the project enquiry form. Separate terms may apply to a contracted project or a third-party service.
2. Project enquiry information
When you send the contact form, your name, email, selected service, engagement type, optional budget, and project details are transmitted to Supabase and stored for IndusAGI Labs to review and respond to your enquiry. The form does not subscribe you to marketing.
3. Security and access
Enquiry records are not publicly readable through the website. Submission validation and rate limits help prevent misuse. We store non-reversible keyed identifiers derived from email and network information for rate limiting; these counters expire and are removed during later submissions.
4. Hosting and access
The hosting provider may process technical information, such as requests, IP addresses, and access information, to serve and secure the website. A private site may also require sign-in managed by the hosting provider.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate page views, referrers, browser and device types, and approximate geography. It does not use third-party cookies. Our integration removes page URL query strings and fragments and does not send enquiry form contents or custom events to analytics. The hosting or sign-in provider may use its own cookies or storage under its applicable policies.
6. Third-party content
Visual media and fonts are served as website assets. If you follow an external link, the destination’s own privacy practices apply.
7. Sharing project information
Avoid including passwords, access tokens, or sensitive personal information in an initial brief. During a project, agree on the appropriate access and sharing method with the project contact.
8. Updates and contact
This notice may be updated as the website’s features change. For questions about information shared during an engagement, use your established IndusAGI Labs project contact.
